AC Milan won 3-1 against Frosinone at the Stadio San Siro in Milan on Serie A Matchday 14.
Marvin Cuni squandered a great chance to give the Canarini the lead in the first half, and it proved to be costly because Luka Jovic put the Rossoneri in front soon after with a superb volley.
Christian Pulisic doubled Milan’s lead after the break, controlling a Mike Maignan goal kick and chipped the ball into the net, and Jovic assisted for Fikayo Tomori to score the third from close range. Frosinone midfielder Marco Brescianini scored a consolation goal with a stunning free-kick against his former club.
This result means that AC Milan are just four points off Serie A leaders Juventus albeit with Inter yet to play. Meanwhile, Frosinone are equal 10th with Monza.
