AC Milan are set to turn their attention towards the Premier League as they seek a new forward, with Arsenal‘s Reiss Nelson and West Ham United striker Gianluca Scamacca amongst their targets.
With Divock Origi failing to make an impact in his first season since joining from Liverpool, Zlatan Ibrahimovic out of contract in the summer, and Olivier Giroud set to turn 37 this year, Milan are keen to bring in new attackers.
According to the Daily Mail, and as reported by SempreMilan.com, the Rossoneri are weighing up an approach for winger Nelson as he comes to the end of his contract at the Emirates Stadium.
Milan plotting double Arsenal swoop

Nelson has seen limited playing time under coach Mikel Arteta this season, with just five Premier League appearances in a campaign in which the Gunners appear to be on course to win a first league title since 2004.
The 23-year-old has been offered improved terms by Arsenal but his lack of minutes could see him turn it down. Should he reject an extension, Milan are ready to pounce and offer him a contract to make the switch to Serie A.
However, Nelson is believed to favour staying put in England after loans at Hoffenheim and Feyenoord. He has garnered interest from Aston Villa, Brighton and Hove Albion, Fulham, and West Ham.
Meanwhile, Milan continue to be in the race to swoop for fellow Arsenal man Folarin Balogun, with their interest in the Reims loanee set to intensify. The Rossoneri face competition from city rivals Inter though, as they challenge for striker after his 19-goal haul in Ligue 1 this season.
Scamacca heading back to Serie A?
As part of their rebuild in attack, Milan may also be ready to offer Italy international Gianluca Scamacca a route back to Serie A after just a single season in the Premier League with West Ham.
As detailed by SempreMilan.com, Italian journalist Paolo Bargigghia has revealed that the Rossoneri could land Scamacca next season, even if it was on an initial loan deal.
The former Sassuolo striker has failed to settle in England after a €36 million move and has netted just three times in the league, although he has struck five goals in nine Europa Conference League matches.
