The Rossoneri have laid down an early marker in their pursuit of the Serie A title by following up a 2-0 win over Bologna in the opening round with a 4-1 thrashing of Torino on Saturday.

AS Roma vs AC Milan: Predicted line-ups

As reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport, Roma are sweating on the fitness of Paulo Dybala and so Andrea Belotti may be partnered by Ola Solbakken in attack, with new signing Sadar Azmoun set for the bench. Houssem Aouar is expected to return to the starting line-up in place of Leandro Paredes in midfield.

Tammy Abraham and Marash Kumbulla are long-term absentees, whilst Renato Sanches is also out with a minor injury.

Milan turn to in-form duo Christian Pulisic and Olivier Giroud in attack, alongside Rafael Leao, whilst Ruben Loftus-Cheek is expected to start in midfield.

The Rossoneri will be without Ismael Bennacer due to injury, but coach Stefano Pioli has an otherwise fully fit squad to choose from.
