AS Roma vs Salernitana: Preview, kick-off time and where to watch on TV and online

AS Roma prepare for their penultimate home game of the season when they welcome Salernitana to the Stadio Olimpico in Serie A, though attention is firmly on the Europa League.

AS Roma return to domestic action when they welcome Salernitana to the Stadio Olimpico in Matchday 36 of Serie A on Monday, after focusing their attention on their Europa League campaign.

Jose Mourinho has seemingly switched off from the league after fielding an inexperienced team last time out, during a 0-0 draw against Bologna, amidst an injury crisis at the capital club.

With Roma going into the round sitting in sixth place, Salernitana have pulled away from the relegation zone and confirmed their Serie A status after a crucial 1-0 win over Atalanta in their last match.

AS Roma vs Salernitana: Predicted line-ups

With the Europa League now the priority, Roma are likely to mix up their starting line-up, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport. Mile Svilar could retain his place in goal, whilst teenager Filippo Missori may earn a second Serie A start at right wing-back.

The Giallorossi are without Marash Kumbulla, Diego Llorente, and Stephan El Shaarawy, whilst Chris Smalling and Paulo Dybala may not be risked after recently returning from injury.

Salernitana miss former Roma defender Federico Fazio and Chilean forward Diego Valencia, but coach Paulo Sousa has an otherwise full-strength squad to pick from.

Roma trio Dybala, Roger Ibanez, and Lorenzo Pellegrini are all one booking away from a suspension, whilst Salernitana‘s Flavius Daniliuc, Tonny Vilhena, Norbert Gyomber, Lorenzo Pirola, and Kryzystof Piatek are in the same position.

AS Roma predicted XI vs Salernitana (3-5-2): Rui Patricio; Bove, Smalling, Ibanez; Zalewski, Tahirovic, Camara, El Shaarawy; Wijnaldum; Solbakken, Belotti.

Salernitana predicted XI vs AS Roma (3-4-2-1): Ochoa; Daniliuc, Gyomber, Pirola; Kastanos, Coulibaly, Bohinen, Bradaric; Candreva, Dia; Piatek.
