Atalanta vs AS Roma: Preview, kick-off time and where to watch on TV and online

AS Roma can land a critical blow on another rival for Champions League qualification when they travel to the Gewiss Stadium to face Atalanta in Serie A.

AS Roma can move a step closer to securing Champions League qualification when they face rivals Atalanta at the Gewiss Stadium in Matchday 31 of Serie A on Monday. The Lupi are seven points clear of the Bergamo club in the battle for a top four spot, and will be confident of victory.

Jose Mourinho‘s side were comfortable 3-0 winners over Udinese last time out in Serie A as they took advantage of dropped points from those around them, but come into the game off the back of a Europa League quarter-final clash against Feyenoord.

Atalanta, meanwhile, have struggled for consistency and sit in sixth place, with just three wins from their last 10 league matches.

Atalanta vs AS Roma: Predicted line-ups

As per La Gazzetta dello SportRoma are expected to give Diego Llorente a starting berth in defence, whilst Andrea Belotti may lead the line in attack ahead of Tammy Abraham.

Paulo Dybala will be monitored after a recent injury, which could pave the way for Stephan El Shaarawy to return, with Lorenzo Pellegrini dropping deeper. The Lupi are also without the injured Rick Karsdorp and Ola Solbakken.

Meanwhile, Atalanta are unlikely to have Ademola Lookman back from injury, so Duvan Zapata and Rasmus Hojlund will lead the attack. Hans Hateboer and Matteo Ruggeri are ruled out, whilst Lukas Vorlicky faces a late fitness test.

Roma midfielder Nemanja Matic will earn a suspension should he pick up a yellow card in the match.
