Alvaro Morata spent two spells playing for Juventus, but the Atletico Madrid striker has declined to rule out playing for another club in Italy amid interest from both AC Milan and AS Roma.
The 30-year-old played for the Bianconeri from 2014 until 2016 and again from 2020 until 2022, winning two Serie A titles and three Coppa Italia trophies across his two stints in Turin. With his Atleti contract expiring in June 2024 and given his age, any transfer fee to sign him would not be overly extravagant.
According to Tuttosport, as reported by calciomercato.com, Morata has been linked with AC Milan and AS Roma. Both sides have had difficulties scoring goals in 2022/23, and the Spaniard has Serie A experience, making him an enticing target for the duo.

Morata open to Serie A return
The 30-year-old remains tight-lipped on his future, and despite denying any knowledge of the transfer links, he has not hinted that he would extend his contract at Atletico Madrid.
“I swear I haven’t heard anything about these things,” Morata said to Tuttosport.
“I have a contract that binds me to Atletico until June 30, 2024 and my agent hasn’t told me anything. At least for now. Then you know how things go in football, especially in the world of the market.
“If, in the summer, certain favourable situations and certain opportunities arise for both the buying and selling club, then what is locked up could be unlocked. But, I repeat, I don’t know anything about it at the moment.”
