The 2023/24 Europa League group draw has been held, with Serie A representatives AS Roma and Atalanta learning which sides they will have to overcome in search of continental glory this season.

For Jose Mourinho and the Giallorossi, they will be hoping to go one better than they managed last season, falling to Sevilla on penalties in the 2022/23 final. They, of course, won the 2021/22 Europa Conference League.

Atalanta, meanwhile, are back in the Europa League after a one-year absence from European competition and Gian Piero Gasperini‘s side will fancy themselves to make a real push and get into the knockout rounds.
