The 2022/23 season is nothing more than a memory now, and the 20 teams that will take part in the 2023/24 Serie A season are now known. With the summer upon us, football fans are already looking ahead to the new season and the new shirts that will come with it.
Particular interest should be paid to Napoli, given their habit of releasing an excessive number of shirts in any given season. There are, though, new Serie A kit rules that will have to be adhered to from 2023/24 on that isn’t likely to please the Partenopei.
One of the novelties of the 2023/24 Serie A season is that no player will wear the No.88 shirt anymore, with it now being banned as part of the battle against anti-Semitism.
