AS Roma continue their push for a Champions League qualification spot when they take on Monza at the Stadio Brianteo in Matchday 27 of Serie A.

The Giallorossi have been rejuvenated by the appointment of Daniele De Rossi as coach and have won all but one of their league matches under the former captain to close in on the top four.

Monza, meanwhile, are comfortable in 11th place and will be hoping to claim another scalp as they aim for a top half finish.

AS Roma vs Torino: Predicted line-ups

As reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport, Roma coach Daniele De Rossi is likely to recall Romelu Lukaku and Stephan El Shaarawy in attack, alongside Paulo Dybala following his magnificent hattrick against Torino last time out.

Chris Smalling could be in line for his first start in almost six months following a return from injury, with the centre-back paired alongside Gianluca Mancini. Tammy Abraham and Diego Llorente remain ruled out through injury.

Monza are without Gianluca Caprari through injury whilst Samuele Vignato faces a late fitness test. Armando Izzo and Alejandro Gomez are unavailable through suspension.

The hosts are expected to turn to Milan Djuric to lead the line in attack, supported by Dany Mota and Inter loanee Valentin Carboni.

Roma duo Rasmus Kristensen and Lorenzo Pellegrini are one booking away from suspension, whilst Monza midfielder Roberto Gagliardini faces a ban with one more yellow card.
