Juventus will want to return to winning ways immediately after a draw at home against Inter, but they will be going on the road on Serie A Matchday 14 to face a competitive Monza side.

The Bianconeri remain two points and a place below the Nerazzurri on 30 points after a 1-1 draw at home on Sunday evening. Despite the draw, La Vecchia Signora have managed to producing an impressive run of form, accumulating six wins in their last eight Serie A matches and have not lost since their shock 4-2 defeat to Sassuolo on Matchday 5.

Meanwhile, the Brianzoli are midtable and have 18 points, just two points behind Atalanta and Fiorentina for a place in Europe. They too have experienced a decent run of form, losing just once in their last 10 Serie A games.

Juventus have star forwards Dusan Vlahovic and Federico Chiesa fully fit again, whereas Monza can count on attacking midfielder Andrea Colpani for goals. Will the Bianconeri put themselves in a position to potentially leap above Inter at the top of the table, or will the Brianzoli spring a surprise and possibly climb into the European spots?

Monza vs Juventus: Predicted line-ups

Juventus will be missing Mattia De SciglioDanilo, and Timothy Weah due to injuries whereas Nicolo Fagioli and Paul Pogba are serving long-term bans. Full-back Andrea Cambiaso is one yellow card away from being suspended after already accumulating four yellow cards for the season.

Vlahovic and Chiesa should start together in attack like they did against Inter, Cambiaso will probably play on the right flank while Weah is recovering from his injury, and Manuel Locatelli should return to the starting line-up after coming off the bench against the Nerazzurri.

Meanwhile, Monza will miss Gianluca Caprari due to a long-term knee injury and Armando Izzo is a doubt to feature against Juve. Argentinian veteran Papu Gomez is currently serving a long-term ban after failing a drugs test.

Brianzoli coach Raffaele Palladino will stick with his preferred 3-4-2-1 formation. Dany Mota will probably keep his place in attack with Colpani and Lorenzo Colombo, and Samuele Birindelli should start at right wing-back ahead of Patrick Ciurria.

Monza predicted XI vs Juventus (3-4-2-1): Di Gregorio; D’Ambrosio, Caldirola, Carboni; Birindelli, Pessina, Gagliardini, Kyriakopoulos; Colpani, Mota; Colombo

Juventus predicted XI vs Monza (3-5-2): Szczesny; Gatti, Bremer, Rugani; Cambiaso, McKennie, Locatelli, Rabiot, Kostic; Vlahovic, Chiesa.
