Napoli vs Juventus: Preview, kick-off time and where to watch on TV and online – Serie A 2023/24

After winning comfortably against Sassuolo, Napoli will host a Juventus side on Serie A Matchday 27 that scraped a victory against Frosinone in their previous match.

Napoli host Juventus at the Stadio Diego Armando Maradona on Serie A Matchday 27 and they will be confident after their emphatic victory against Sassuolo midweek.

The Partenopei registered their first win under new coach Francesco Calzona on Wednesday evening, annihilating the Neroverdi 6-1, with star striker Victor Osimhen netting a hat-trick and mercurial winger Khvicha Kvaratskhelia finding the back of the new twice.

The Bianconeri are second, but they are now 12 points behind Serie A leaders Inter. They were also lucky to scrape a victory against Frosinone in the previous round with Daniele Rugani scoring an unlikely winner.

As poor as Sassuolo have been in 2023/24, Napoli rediscovered their swagger from last season under Calzona, whereas Juventus were put under pressure against a youthful Frosinone team. La Vecchia Signora will have to do everything in their power to avoid another 5-1 defeat in Naples like last season.

Napoli vs Juventus: Predicted line-ups

Napoli will miss Cyril Ngonge due to injury and Jens Cajuste will be tested before the match. Pasquale Mazzocchi and Amir Rrahmani are one yellow card away from suspension.

Calzona should line his team up in the 4-3-3 formation, and he is unlikely to make many changes from the victory against Sassuolo. Piotr Zielinski will probably start in midfield in place of Hamid Traore, and Juan Jesus is likely to start in defence instead of Leo Ostigard.

Meanwhile, Juventus will miss Adrien Rabiot, Weston McKennie, DaniloMoise Kean, and Mattia Perin due to injuries, while Federico Chiesa is not a guarantee to feature. Dusan Vlahovic could serve a ban if he receives one yellow card.

Bianconeri tactician Massimiliano Allegri will persist with the 3-5-2 formation, but injuries have forced him into making changes. Rugani will keep his place in defence, Fabio Miretti and Carlos Alcaraz will be brought into the midfield, and Kenan Yildiz should start in attack.
