An in-form Juventus will travel to Reggio Emilia and face a struggling Sassuolo team at Mapei Stadium on Saturday evening on Serie A Matchday 5.

The Bianconeri currently sit in second place in the Serie A table with 10 points, and they earned an impressive 3-1 victory against Lazio in the previous round. Serbian striker Dusan Vlahovic scored twice in that match, taking his tally to four goals so far this season, equal with AC Milan veteran Olivier Giroud and one behind Inter forward Lautaro Martinez.

It has been an uneasy start to the campaign for Sassuolo, who squandered a 2-0 lead against Frosinone to lose 4-2 on Matchday 4. They are currently equal 15th with Lazio and Udinese on three points, and this could not have been a worse time for them to play Juventus.

With Vlahovic, Federico Chiesa, and others in sparkling form, La Vecchia Signora should be able to earn a win on the road. However, the Neroverdi can be unpredictable at times and they have demonstrated an ability to surprise the big teams on their day.

Sassuolo coach Alessio Dionisi is not expected to make a number of changes to the team that lost to Frosinone. Alessio Cragno made his Neroverdi debut in the 4-2 defeat, but Andrea Consigli will likely make his return between the posts.

Meanwhile, Juventus tactician Massimiliano Allegri is probably going to retain the same starting line-up that earned the three points against Lazio in the previous round. Fabio Miretti will be expected to feature in midfield whereas Nicolo Fagioli is still not fit enough to play a full match.

Sassuolo predicted XI vs Juventus (4-2-3-1): Consigli; Toljan, Erlic, Tressoldi, Vina; Boloca, Matheus Henrique: Berardi, Bajrami, Lauriente; Pinamonti.

Juventus predicted XI vs Sassuolo (3-5-2): Szczesny; Gatti, Bremer, Danilo; McKennie, Miretti, Locatelli, Rabiot, Kostic; Chiesa, Vlahovic.
