Serie A 2023/24: Team of the Week – Matchday 6

Serie A Matchday 6 was filled with surprises like in the previous round as well as some emphatic wins. We've put our heads together to come up with our Serie A team of the week.


Inter and AC Milan are sitting at the summit of the Serie A table after the Nerazzurri succumbed to a 2-1 defeat to Sassuolo and the Rossoneri won 3-1 away to Cagliari. Neroverdi talisman Domenico Berardi was involved in both goals for his team, and he earned the Serie A Player of the Week prize.

Napoli earned an emphatic 4-1 victory against Udinese with Khvicha Kvaratskhelia starring against the Zebrette and scoring his first goal of the 2023/24 Serie A season. Lazio defeated Torino with Mattia Zaccagni producing a fine performance on the left wing.

Juventus needed just the one goal against Lecce to get the three points while Genoa surprisingly won 4-1 against AS Roma and Grifone defender Radu Dragusin shone against the star-studded attack of the Giallorossi.
