Serie A table after Matchday 21

Napoli's lead at the top remains after an exciting weekend of Serie A. But how does the table look after Matchday 21?

Inter’s win over AC Milan in the season’s second Derby della Madonnina on Serie A Matchday 21 was undeniably the standout result, and it has left the Rossoneri in more than a spot of bother in their attempts to qualify for the Champions League.

The weekend proved to be a good one for Napoli, Inter and AS Roma as well, with AC Milan and Atalanta dropping points and losing ground in the race to earn a top-four finish.

Lazio face Hellas Verona at the Stadio Marc’Antonio Bentegodi on Monday evening, and Juventus will have to wait until Tuesday to take on Salernitana in Campania.

Towards the bottom, Lecce claimed three huge points on the road at Cremonese, who look increasingly destined to suffer an immediate return to Serie B and are still without a single Serie A win this season despite beating both Napoli and Roma to reach the Coppa Italia semi-finals.

Elsewhere, Bologna won the Derby dell’Appennino against Fiorentina in Tuscany, and Torino beat Udinese 1-0. Juventus won 3-0 at Salernitana.
