
The Serie A season has been full of twists, turns and shock results for the clubs at the top and in the European places. Matchday 35 was no different, with AC Milan, Lazio, and Atalanta all stumbling and suffering setbacks in their respective pursuits of Champions League qualification. So, how does the Serie A table look after Matchday 35?

Lazio started the Matchday 35 action with a 2-2 draw at home to Lecce, before Atalanta and AC Milan slipped to losses on Saturday at Salernitana and Spezia respectively.
Inter then looked as though they’d struggle as they hosted Sassuolo, but eventually came good and claimed a 4-2 win thanks in no small part to Romelu Lukaku.
Hellas Verona lost 1-0 at home to Torino, leaving them level on points with Spezia at the end of the Matchday 35 action, and Monza made light work of champions Napoli by claiming a surprise 2-0 win in Lombardia.

Fiorentina beat Udinese 2-0 before Bologna and AS Roma served up a bore goalless draw. Juventus ended Sunday’s fixtures with a 2-0 win over Cremonese on a night that saw Paul Pogba start for the first time in Serie A in seven years, only to leave the field in tears midway through the first half.
