Bologna celebrate a goal (@BolognaFC1909en)

Wladimiro Falcone – Lecce

Although he was untested for the majority of the game against Monza, he made his most important save of the season from a Christian Gytkjaer penalty, and the Salentini went on to win the match as well as secure Serie A safety.

Lorenzo De Silvestri – Bologna

The veteran right-back came on as a substitute and scored the equaliser against Serie A champions Napoli.

Francesco Acerbi – Inter

A solid game in defence from the veteran defender against Atalanta and made some forays into the opposition half. He completed three tackles, three clearances, and five interceptions.

Igor – Fiorentina

Impressed with his distribution from the back above anything else. Completed 71 passes against AS Roma, more than anyone else in the match, and achieved a passing accuracy of 91%.

Elseid Hysaj – Lazio

Completed 87% of his passes and scored the opening goal in the victory against Cremonese.

Antonio Candreva – Salernitana

Assisted for Grigoris Kastanos and scored the equaliser in the comeback victory against Udinese.

Sergej Milinkovic-Savic – Lazio

The Serbian midfielder displayed the scoring instincts of a striker, finding the back of the net twice against Cremonese. He would have had a hat-trick if it was not a for desperate block from Grigiorossi defender Alex Ferrari.

Nikola Vlasic – Torino

In the emphatic victory against Spezia, the Croatia international was an instrumental part of his team’s play and he supplied two assists.

Olivier Giroud – AC Milan

Scored his fourth goal in just two games, sealing a Champions League spot for the Rossoneri next season.

Victor Osimhen – Napoli

The Nigerian striker scored twice in the draw against Bologna, taking his tally to 25 goals for the season, and putting himself in a great position to become the Serie A leading goalscorer for 2022/23.

Lautaro Martinez – Inter

Supplied the assist for Romelu Lukaku to score the opening goal against Atalanta, was involved in the second Nerazzurri goal, and he scored the third to seal the victory.
