Serie A 2023/24: Team of the Week – Matchday 13

Serie A Matchday 13 saw little change near the top, but further movement below the table. We've put our heads together to come up with our Serie A Team of the Week for the weekend's action.

AC Milan defeated Fiorentina 1-0 in a tight encounter on Saturday evening, which ended a four-match winless streak for the Rossoneri, but they are still six points behind Inter, who occupy first place in the Serie A table.

Napoli won 2-1 against Atalanta on Walter Mazzarri’s return as Partenopei coach with Giovanni Di Lorenzo and Stanislav Lobotka playing key roles. Paulo Dybala and Romelu Lukaku starred for AS Roma in their 3-1 victory against Udinese, and the Argentine was chosen as the Serie A Player of the Week.

Elsewhere, Domenico Berardi scored twice in Sassuolo’s 4-3 win against Empoli, Antonio Candreva helped Salernitana secure their first victory of the season against Lazio, and Ilario Monterisi came off the bench to score the winner for Frosinone as they defeated Genoa.

Here is the Serie A Team of the Week for Serie A Matchday 13, which is deployed in a 4-3-3 formation. Let us know your thoughts!
