Serie A Matchday 21 took over a month to complete due to Inter, Napoli, Lazio, and Fiorentina participating in the Supercoppa Italiana, and after all the catch-up matches completed, the Nerazzurri are now 12 points clear of Juventus.

Inter won 4-0 against Atalanta with Federico Dimarco amongst the scorers, Dusan Vlahovic scored twice in the Bianconeri’s 3-0 win against Lecce, AC Milan defeated Udinese 3-2, and Luis Alberto assisted in both goals for Lazio in their 2-0 victory against Torino.

Elsewhere, Bologna won 2-0 against Fiorentina, Victor Osimhen and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia replicated their form from 2022/23 in Napoli’s 6-1 thrashing of Sassuolo, and Empoli smashed Monza 3-0. Szymon Zurkowski scored a hat-trick for the Azzurri and was named as the Serie A Player of the Week.
