Serie A Femminile 2023/24 – Matchday 6: Fixtures, kick-off times and where to watch on TV and online

Serie A Femminile action is back after the international break with Matchday 6 featuring some superb games, particularly as AS Roma travel to face Juventus.

Matchday 6 in Serie A Femminile sees the resumption of action after an international break in which the Italy Women’s National Team impressed against both Spain and Sweden.

There is plenty of superb action to look forward to across the weekend with the top six sides in the table facing off against one another, the headline game certainly being Juventus vs AS Roma on Sunday in the early slot.

Both sides have got a 100% record coming into this game which means that something has to give, and it will be our first sign this season of how the two sides shape up against one another.

Elsewhere, there are two very intriguing clashes with Fiorentina hosting AC Milan, and an impressive Como Women side taking on Inter. There is the potential for plenty of changes at the top end of the table on Matchday 6.

Towards the bottom, Pomigliano will be hosting Sampdoria, whilst Sassuolo travel south to take on a Napoli side that is yet to muster a single point.

Where to watch Serie A Femminile?

The 2023/24 Serie A Femminile season remarkably began with a television rights deal having been agreed, which was a major concern for the clubs given it’s an important part of their finances. As a compromise, the first matchday passed by with only the free-to-air game being broadcast and matches being shown on the FIGC website as a temporary measure.

Fortunately, a deal was reached with DAZN and a TV deal is now in place, which began from Matchday 2 and includes coverage in Italy and overseas.

As well as being available in Italy, the DAZN deal allows for Serie A Femminile games to be streamed on the platform in the United States of America, Canada, Japan, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Spain, Ireland, the United Kingdom, Portugal, Belgium and Poland.

There will also be a free-to-air game each week and this season, that is being shown by Rai Play, rather than La7 as was the case last season. The free-to-air game on Rai is available online and on television in Italy.
