Serie A Femminile Matchday 4 saw both AS Roma Women and Juventus Women extend their perfect starts to the 2023/24 campaign, with each picking up big wins, albeit for different reasons. Champions Roma recorded an impressive 2-0 win at home to Inter at the Stadio Tre Fontane, meaning they’ve now already beaten both Milanese sides this term.

Juventus, meanwhile, put on a show at the Stadio La Marmora-Pozzo in Biella. In what was their second game at their new home, they again scored four goals, this time netting four times in the first half as they swatted a subpar Sassuolo aside with a comfortable 4-0 win.

But the biggest game of the weekend arguably came at the other end of the table, with Sampdoria beating Napoli Femminile 2-0 in Campania. Both sides had come into Matchday 4 without a point, and the turbulent summer at Samp had many writing them off before a ball was even kicked in 2023/24.

Elsewhere, Fiorentina beat Pomigliano 4-1 and Como Women held AC Milan to a goalless draw in Seregno.
