Women’s Football Podcast: Juventus set for the Women’s Champions League again, AC Milan are silly

The Survival and Scudetto Pools in Serie A Femminile are starting to take shape and Juventus grabbed the most important result of the weekend. We're here to chat through all of the weekend's action.

-

The second round of matches in Serie A Femminile‘s Scudetto Pool and Survival Pool answered more questions at the top of the table than it did at the bottom.

Juventus got the better of Inter which means that the Bianconere are now almost certain to be grabbing the second Women’s Champions League spot rather than getting overthrown by the Nerazzurre.

Just beneath them, AC Milan showed both their best and their worst as they threw away a 3-1 lead late on to draw with Fiorentina, meaning they will continue to battle and try not to finish bottom of the Scudetto Pool.

In the Survival Pool, Sassuolo further distanced themselves by winning 1-0 away at Parma whilst Como and Sampdoria remained at the bottom after drawing 1-1 in a game that featured a couple of superb goals.

We’ve got Euan Burns hosting and Conor Clancy joining him to chat through all of the latest Serie A Femminile action.
