The Matchday 32 action of the 2023/24 Serie A season began with wins for Lazio and Lecce, but then continued with an amazing run of seven consecutive draws, until AS Roma finally defeated Udinese.

After the Biancocelesti defeated Salerintana 4-1 on Friday night, Saturday started with Lecce overcame Empoli 1-0 to move one place up the standings, but that was followed by goalless draws between Torino and Juventus, and Bologna and Monza.

Despite the lack of points being secured, there were plenty of goals on Sunday, as the day began with Napoli drawing 2-2 with Frosinone. Sassuolo then showed they are still fighting to stay in the top flight with a 3-3 draw against AC Milan, while Inter were also held 2-2 at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza by Cagliari.

On Monday night, Fiorentina and Genoa finished 1-1 in Tuscany and Atalanta gave up a two-goal lead to draw 2-2 with Hellas Verona.

Udinese and AS Roma were level when the game was abandoned on 18 minutes when Evan Ndicka was forced off with chest pains. The final moments were played out 10 days later, but a goal from Bryan Cristante late in injury time clinched a 2-1 win.
