Serie A table after Matchday 14

How have the midweek Matchday 14 results affected the Serie A table?

-

Serie A Matchday 14 has been a dream set of fixtures for leaders Napoli, with the Partenopei having got the ball rolling on Tuesday night with a 2-0 win at home to Empoli. That allowed them to extend their lead at the top of the Serie A table to eight points, which will reman at the end of the matchday as well.

AC Milan then slipped with a goalless draw at Cremonese, and Atalanta fell to a surprise 2-1 defeat against Lecce in Salento. Inter hammered Bologna 6-1, and AS Roma drew 1-1 on the road against Sassuolo.

Juventus and Lazio claimed 1-0 wins on Thursday to end the Matchday 14 action, beating Verona and Monza respectively.
