In the absence of Serie A Femminile action as teams get ready for the Scudetto and survival pools, there was Coppa Italia action for four of the top sides.

Juventus drew 1-1 with Inter in an entertaining game in Milan, leaving that tie perfectly balanced for the return leg in Turin, whilst AS Roma were surprisingly beaten 1-0 by AC Milan thanks to another goal from Martina Piemonte.

As well as that, we have a disagreement over who could and should start for Italy at the Women’s World Cup which gets underway in July 2023, and it won’t be easy for the Azzurre.

To chat through the Coppa Italia action, Euan Burns is hosting the Women’s Football Podcast and getting all the details from Conor Clancy.

As ever, the Women’s Football Podcast in which we talk through the Serie A Femminile action is available exclusively here to subscribers to Patreon.com/TotalItalianFootball, where there are €2, €5 and €10 tiers available.
