The regular season of the 2023/24 Women’s Serie A season has come to an end with AS Roma sitting at the top of the standings and Pomigliano finding themselves at the very bottom.

Matchday 18‘s action saw the league leaders win 1-0 away at Fiorentina, whilst closest challengers Juventus dominantly won 4-1 at home against strugglers Napoli. Inter were already assured of their place in the top half but they managed to lose the derby against AC Milan, whilst Sassuolo beat Sampdoria to move into fourth place.

The best game saw Como Women beat Pomigliano 4-3 with a stoppage-time winner, a game in which Pomigliano had a 2-0 lead at half-time. As well as all of that action, the upcoming Italy Women’s National Team matches against Ireland and England are also discussed.

To talk through all of the games, Conor Clancy and Euan Burns are in position.

As ever, the Women’s Football Podcast in which we talk through the Serie A Femminile action is available exclusively here to subscribers to Patreon.com/TotalItalianFootball, where there are €2, €5 and €10 tiers available.
