Women’s Serie A Matchday’s 24 and 25 featured plenty of goals for Sassuolo and lots of entertainment up and down the table, whilst Fiorentina booked their place in the Women’s Champions League with a late goal. AS Roma also had their second league title confirmed thanks to a Juventus loss against Inter.

We’ve combined the weekend’s fixtures and the midweek games into one podcast here, but the chat is of course dominated by Sassuolo 5-6 AS Roma, a game in which the Neroverde scored three goals in two minutes to make it 5-5.

On the same day, Fiorentina managed to score a 96th-minute penalty which secured their third-place finish which means they will be in the Women’s Champions League. La Viola will play European football for the first time since the 2020/21 season.
